Jump on Board- Kid's Camp Next Week

 

 

 

 

It's not too late to join us for a little late summer fun! Paper Crown Kid's Camp is next week, Mon.- Thurs., 1-4. All supplies and snacks are included. It's a great cool way to close out summer vacation. Campers must have completed 1st grade and so far this summer, our group is some of my favorite middle schoolers. Cost is $200. We have a fun trio of classes this weekend that are jam packed fun of embellishments and "extras."
If you have never taken from Debby you are in for a creative treat. We have a couple of seats still open in each so if you have been thinking about it, it's time to take the plunge!

How Does Girdie's Garden Grow?

Hopefully with a little help from ya'll!

Girdie has been off on a little break but if all goes as planned, she will be back sometime this weekend decked out in her gardening gear. Her inspiration came from all the gorgeous flowers I saw while at Pike's Market in Seattle, Terri's beautiful gardens and an out of this world flower shop in Portland.

 

 

Here is where Girdie would like some help. Gardening Girdie needs some flowers to show for all of her hard work. We would love for you to create a flower for Girdie's garden. It can be made out of any material and since it will be displayed in the window, think big! For every flower brought in, you will receive a 20% off coupon and your name will go in a drawing for a prize.

Countdown to Debby Schuh

In just a bit over a week, the talented Debby Schuh will be at Paper Crown for her annual teaching weekend. Debby teaches her innovative albums all over the world and we are thrilled to have her here to share her techniques, tips and creativity. Debby will be teaching three albums and each is full of beautiful papers and tons of embellishments. Those that have taken from Debby in the past know that you will go home with lots of extra pieces.

Each kit includes instructions and color photos so if you are unable to attend, you can purchase a kit and complete the album at your leisure. Debby just finished a class in San Diego and the samples will be at the store by the end of the week. A  $15 discount is provided for those signing up for all three of Debby's classes.

My Mind's Eye- 1st Out of the Gate

I know this is not the first year that My Mind's Eye has their new lines out  before all the others. Just another reason they are a Paper Crown favorite.



My Mind's Eye was one of the very first to produce glittered paper and now they are setting the standard once again with gold and rose gold foiled papers

 

 

They also have some lovely Christmas/ Holiday lines but I refuse to put it out this early. I was in a big box store this week and it was all Christmas- yuck!

 

Beautiful floral on the front table to inspire you! More on this soon but Girdie needs some help with her garden, hope ya'll have a green thumb.

 

Thank you to everyone who came out for Mix & Mingle last night. We had fun creating " gems" with the Minc.
