Paper Crown Fall Glitter Retreat- the event part II

One of the most fun parts of the retreat is transforming the paper attic for each meal. Friday night we played up the " create magic theme " with stars, top hats and masquerade masks. It was totally different than the spring themes we had used at the last retreat. Jackie made the beautiful masks and they were the perfect props for pictures.

The Canadians, Thelma and Marlene

The ever friendly and new Paper Crown marketing director, Lisa, Cynthia and Myra

Love this duo- Brenda and Donna. So glad you two could make it.

The Duncan girls- Teresa, Tammy and Sheryl

Leslie was a first time retreat girl.
Candy, Pam- we see you!  and Debbie.

This should be in an ad- Suzy is a natural!

After dinner, a few treats and some yummy pie thanks to the Pie Junkies, it was off to bed to rest up for another day full of crafting. After a quick breakfast it was a fun morning of creating with Medeah. You will always learn something new with Medeah and I think Art Anthlogy has a few new fans due to Meadeah.

Lunch was the famous La Madeline tomato basil soup and salad, just what we needed to get us through the afternoon class. Bobbie did a great job transforming the attic into vintage magic. The last treat was a suitcase full of vintage goodies. Be on the lookout in the store for new glass glitter and vintage tags.

Priceless!

The last class of the day was a return to grade school. I normally don't teach many adult classes but thought the ladies might enjoy one of my favorite kid's camp projects.

The three Canadians. So very, very glad we have all three. Thank you again Thelma and Marlene for taking a big leap of faith and joining us Okies. We hope to see you again. Amy you are awesome thanks for all your help.
